This role is part of the Cooking Latin America System Architect team, responsible for defining product requirements by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and analyzing tradeoffs to deliver the optimal product. A key priority is managing and reducing complexity within the product portfolio.

Suas responsabilidades incluirão

• Define and align product requirements by interacting with cross-functional stakeholders and analyzing tradeoffs to deliver the optimal product.

• Lead meetings with stakeholders to discuss and resolve requirements and trade-offs.

• Lead engineering to set target ranges for requirements in support of the project scope.

• Manage the complexity of the product portfolio by understanding variables that affect it and coordinating optimization opportunities.

• Oversee requirements complexity across multiple projects, considering re-use or retirement of existing requirements.

• Manage the cooking requirement library, including roles/access, reviews, and data organization.

Requisitos mínimos

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any engineering.

• Systems/Technical knowledge: Solid experience in Product Development.

• Systems/Technical knowledge: Solid experience in Project Management.

Habilidades e experiências desejáveis

• Language skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Systems/Technical knowledge: Experience with Complexity Management and Requirements Engineering.

• Systems/Technical knowledge: Experience in the appliances industry, especially cooking, and system integration skills.

• General: Global team experience and technical coaching abilities.

• General: Strong analytical skills, experience in solving practical issues, and engaging cross-functional teams.

This position is located at Rio Claro, about 02 hours away from São Paulo in an important industrial center of the state.
At this plant is located the production of Washing-Machines, Stoves, Ovens and Cooktops, also located here is the Dish and Washing Machines Tecnology Center and the Finished Products Distribution Center.
