The Opportunity

We're hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to own and scale the systems, data, and automation that power our marketing engine here at Iru.

This role reports to the Head of GTM Operations and sits at the intersection of Marketing and GTM Operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that marketing infrastructure is technically sound, scalable, and tightly integrated into our broader GTM systems.

We're looking for someone with strong technical depth — someone who understands how marketing automation platforms work under the hood and can architect solutions, not just execute campaigns.

We're hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to own and scale the systems, data, and automation that power our marketing engine here at Iru.

This role reports to the Head of GTM Operations and sits at the intersection of Marketing and GTM Operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that marketing infrastructure is technically sound, scalable, and tightly integrated into our broader GTM systems.

We're looking for someone with strong technical depth — someone who understands how marketing automation platforms work under the hood and can architect solutions, not just execute campaigns.


What You'll Do
  • Own and optimize HubSpot marketing automation, workflows, scoring, and lifecycle management
  • Design and maintain lead routing, attribution models, and campaign tracking infrastructure
  • Build and manage integrations between HubSpot and other GTM systems
  • Partner with Marketing leadership to operationalize campaign strategy and ensure clean execution
  • Ensure accurate MQL definitions, lifecycle stage progression, and lead handoffs to SDRs
  • Maintain data hygiene standards and proactively improve database quality
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for pipeline attribution, campaign performance, and funnel conversion
  • Identify system gaps and implement scalable solutions
  • Support experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, segmentation, performance tracking)
  • Collaborate with GTM Ops and GTM Engineering to ensure cross-functional data consistency


  • What You'll Bring
  • 4+ years of Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS
  • Deep hands-on expertise in HubSpot (required)
  • Ability to leverage SQL and python to build advanced dashboards and models
  • Experience designing workflows, scoring models, and lifecycle frameworks
  • Strong understanding of attribution modeling and funnel analytics
  • Experience managing integrations (APIs, middleware tools, data sync)
  • Comfort working with data models and CRM architecture
  • High attention to detail and operational rigor
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured technical solutions
