Performance Expectations
You are expected to build and maintain a productive referral pipeline and meet or
exceed defined performance benchmarks.
• Verify referrals and/or admissions (per Company tracking standards and in the
Companyís sole discretion)
• CRM documentation accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Quality and compliance of referral sources
• Overall contribution to Company goals, field activity levels, and any other metrics
the Company deems relevant
