As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing essential personal care services to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medication and assist with medical equipment as needed.
• Provide companionship and conversation to clients, as well as assisting in meal planning and preparation.
• Monitor and report any changes in client's health or well-being to the supervising nurses.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and vacuuming.
• Provide transportation to clients as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and progress.
