What You�ll Do:

  • Be the friendly first point of contact�greeting customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth.

  • Answer incoming calls promptly (within two rings!) and direct or resolve inquiries as needed.

  • Assist customers with questions, paperwork, and insurance information.

  • Coordinate with estimators and the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

  • Schedule tow services, arrange rental cars, and maintain a clean, welcoming front office.

  • Collect payments, manage customer files, and keep our office supplies and calendar in check.

What We�re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience�automotive industry experience is a plus!

  • Strong communication skills, professional attitude, and attention to detail.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers.

  • Ability to stay calm and supportive when customers are under stress.
