REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • University degree (preferred Logistics/Management/Industrial Engineering)
  • Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in Logistic or Supply Chain in multinational environment (preferably within E-commerce)
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as to think strategically
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Project management skills
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Fluent English & Polish (written and oral)
  • IT literacy – Excel (formulas, Power Query is an asset), SAP knowledge is an asset, Power Bi experience is an asset
  • Understanding risk management in the context of the Supply Chain

YOUR TASKS:

 

  • Supervise the logistic and service level of ecommerce fulfillment and reverse logistics via LSP (3PL)
  • Lead the information exchange with the market regarding EOL (end of life), NPL (new product launch) and promotional activities to allow LSP capability planning – coordination of tasks related day to day operation by close cooperation with LSP (3PL) and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure excellence level of service in daily operations (KPIs /Safety/Sustainability)
  • Maintain mutual relationships with LSP and hold LSP accountable for service level
  • Coordinate reverse logistic processes
  • Develop and implement standards - working procedures, operating guidelines & systems, etc.
  • Data driven decision making
  • Support & control of the budget related to logistic operations
  • Tracking of the KPIs defined for LSPs – active participation in and lead MBR/QBR
  • Ensures all operations executed by 3PL Service Providers are in-line with the contracts, and compliant with local and international legislations / regulations and PMI policies & procedures
  • Cross functional cooperation with Stakeholders: Planning, Customer Collaboration, Commercial, Finance, TAX Dept.
