As a Fleet Repair Specialist, you’ll be part of a hands‑on, energetic workshop team that restores, repairs, and enhances motorhomes and fleet vehicles used by travellers across Aotearoa. What You’ll Be Doing
- Restoring and repairing fleet and sales vehicles to high standards
- Fitting accessories and upgrades that enhance comfort, safety, and performance
- Completing a variety of warranty tasks
- Working closely with Rentals, Sales, and Workshop teams to keep vehicles adventure‑ready
- Supporting productivity goals and contributing to a tidy, safe, well‑run workshop
- Pitching in with specialised crews when needed
- Taking part in ongoing training and development
- Playing an active role in our Health & Safety culture
What you will bring:
- A trade background or hands‑on experience in areas like carpentry, panel beating, boat building, or similar
- Experience with motorhomes or caravans is a bonus
- Woodworking or cabinet‑making skills are an advantage
- Confidence working independently and taking ownership of your tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly in English
- Basic computer skills
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
- A full, valid driver’s licence
