Job Description
- Plan and design water and wastewater systems including modeling, pipeline, lift stations and treatment facilities
- Independently perform engineering assignments for municipal, residential and commercial developments
- Participation in public meetings and presenting technical information to non-experts
- Lead multiple project teams across simultaneous assignments
- Manage the quality, timeliness and financial aspects of projects
- Supervise and mentor engineers, designers and technicians
- Partner with senior staff in maintaining and developing client relationships

Requirements
- Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Registered PE in Texas required
- Previous project management experience
- 5+ years of experience in public works with water and sewer projects. Wastewater treatment experience would be a plus
- Community Development District (CDD) experience would be a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Local candidates, No relocation or stipend assistance
