About the Role:
Your role will encompass all facets of the investor relations role including:
Job Duties in Brief:

Structure and lead a team of 20+ staff (IRAs, SIRAs, Supervisors, AVPs) in servicing client relationships.

Manage and monitor the timing and quality of client deliverables through Service Level Agreements

Manage IR relationships for multiple clients and join senior management on client visits

Coordinate with all relevant teams internally (e.g. Fund Accounting, Legal, Financial Reporting, Tax, and Regulatory) to ensure processes and workflows are aligned to meet client needs.

Ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly operational and reporting deliverables for both internal and external clients are met, in a timely and accurate manner

Create an environment that motivates; rewards & supports staff

Establish & build relationships with internal & external clients. External relationships are defined with the Fund Groups & client communication includes: over the phone, by fax & email

Have a high level of understanding of the client: their SLA, organization, policies & key contacts

Identify, recommend & implement areas in the team where procedures, processes, controls & client servicing arrangements may be improved & review internal controls & procedures on a regular basis

Seek out & participate in policy, procedure changes & developments

Provide technical/industry knowledge to clients

Participate in marketing and sales pitches to explain Citco’s service offering
About You:

Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or Business related area

Min 7 -9 years of experience in an investor relations environment, preferably private equity and/or hedge funds

Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.

Good client/ business relationship management
-
Supervisory skills with experience in managing and/or leading staff for 4 years.
