POSITION OPEN
Full-Time 1-1 Behavior Interventionist
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential
duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,
skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable
individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. A Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Services field is Preferred but not required
2. Must have a High School Diploma or GED, with 32 College Credits or have passed or be
able to pass the Para Professional Praxis Test
3. Valid Idaho Driver’s License
4. Experience in MANDT or CPI or a similar technique (or willing to take training to
become certified)
5. Pass a criminal history background check
6. Ability to work with students, staff, parents, and the public
7. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and
acceptable
