Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist to provide care within a defined local territory in the Braintree area. This role is structured to offer a consistent caseload with minimal travel, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than long commute times.
Territory Coverage:
- VATRA ADHC.
- Braintree area .
- Nearby community patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in assisted living and community-based settings.
- Manage a consistent caseload within a designated geographic area.
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
