Trucking Dispatcher – Oilfield Operations

Location: Frierson, LA
Job Type: Full-Time | Rotating Shifts (Days / Nights / Weekends)

Job Overview

CNC Oilfield Services is hiring a Trucking Dispatcher to support our oilfield trucking operations. This role is responsible for dispatching drivers, monitoring truck activity, coordinating with disposals and field teams, and ensuring safe, efficient daily operations.

Ideal candidates have prior trucking or oilfield dispatch experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispatch and schedule company drivers to job sites and disposal facilities

  • Track trucks using GPS and dispatch software

  • Communicate continuously with drivers and operations teams

  • Coordinate loads, routing, and job flow

  • Maintain accurate job tickets and dispatch records

  • Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures

Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Experience as a Trucking Dispatcher, Oilfield Dispatcher, or Fleet Dispatcher

  • Oil & gas or saltwater hauling experience preferred

  • Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, dispatch systems)

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work a 10 on, 4 off schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
