Ihre Aufgaben:
- Selbständiges Programmieren, Rüsten und Bearbeiten der Werkstücke
- Prozessplanung von Prototypen und Werkzeugen
- Werker Selbstkontrolle mit „Bring“-verantwortung
- Das Teilespektrum umfasst Werkzeuge, Betriebs- und Messmittel und Prototypen vom Einzelteil bis zur Kleinserie
- Prozessoptimierungen
- Vorausschauende, rüstoptimale Planung der Maschinenbelegung
- Durchführen Maschinenwartungsarbeiten
- Durchführen der geometrischen Prüfung der Maschine
- Planung der produktiven Nutzung der Roboteranlage
- Programmierung der Automatisierungsanlage
Required Skills and Education
Ihr Profil:
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Fräsen, vorzugsweise in der Werkzeugfertigung
- Arbeit im 2-Schichtsystem (Bei Bedarf auf 3 Schicht)
- Bereitschaft zur Wochenendbereitschaft.
