Starting Salary: $108,000/year starting (bilingual differential recognized)
About This Role
Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) BCBA to serve Spanish-speaking families across our Indiana service areas. This is a meaningful, specialized role — you will be the direct bridge between our clinical team and families who may not have had adequate access to ABA services due to language barriers.

What You'll Do
- Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy
- Provide parent training and caregiver coaching
- Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure clinical quality and fidelity to ABA best practices
- Conduct assessments and parent training in Spanish for families who prefer it
- Support our intake team in communicating with Spanish-speaking families
- Help develop culturally responsive programming and materials
What We're Looking For
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
- Experience with pediatric ABA preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Genuine passion for working with children and families
- Strong communicator who values collaboration and accountability
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English — required
- Cultural competency working with Latino/Hispanic families
