- Tuesday 7:45am-5:30pm
- Wednesday 7:45am-5:30pm
- Thursday 7:45am-5:30pm
- Friday 7:45am-5:30pm
Responsibilities
The Treatment Coordinator should:
Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
- Present Treatment Plans to patients
- Discuss financial arrangements
- Handle Accounts receiveable
Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits
Manage patient documents and records
- Process and complete claims form
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of working in a Dental Front Office role
- At least 3 years of working with PPO Dental Insurance/ Accounts Receivable
- Experience with OpenDental is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Dental operations
