We are looking for an energetic Treatment Coordinator professional who is motivated, caring and passionate about their role, to join our well established practice!

  • Monday 7:45am-5:30pm
  • Tuesday 7:45am-5:30pm
  • Wednesday 7:45am-5:30pm
  • Thursday 7:45am-5:30pm
  • Friday 7:45am-5:30pm

Responsibilities

The Treatment Coordinator should:

  • Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.

  • Present Treatment Plans to patients
  • Discuss financial arrangements
  • Handle Accounts receiveable 
  • Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits

  • Manage patient documents and records

  • Process and complete claims form

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of working in a Dental Front Office role
  • At least 3 years of working with PPO Dental Insurance/ Accounts Receivable
  • Experience with OpenDental is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Dental operations
