Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage our IT infrastructure, including Network/Wifi/Servers and other IT devices at many locations: Cloud (AWS, DO), Data Center, Office (300+ employees) and many Warehouses (4000+ m2)
  • Provide system administration, such as installing, deploying, monitoring, for Windows/Linux servers, MySQL/PosgreSQL Database, Logging
  • Developing policies and processes for all systems, guarantee for efficient and security
  • Design backup & recovery solution
  • Manage IT software and solutions: Call Center, Social Intranet, HRM and other Back-office information systems
  • Manage IT facilities and Helpdesk service
  • Manage 2 sub-teams: System Admin and IT
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Information System - Certifications in Network, Security, DBA are preferrable
  • 08 years experience in System administration and IT
  • Experience in team management with 20+ members
  • Other skills: Customer Service, Leadership, Plan, Organize, Budget, Monitor.
