DATCU is currently looking for a Lead Payments Specialist. We are seeking a candidate with the ability to lead the Payments Department and ensure compliance with internal policies and delivery of exceptional member service. If you are interested, please read more below.

Average Day on the Job:



Responsible for directing and administering the efforts of the Payments Department.  Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed.  Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served.  Trains, directs, and supervises Payments staff. Assists Payments personal as necessary. Performs miscellaneous clerical duties as required. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice. This position has the potential for remote work based on management discretion. 



 



Work From Home:



This position works in-office in Corinth, Texas for the first 90 days of employment. After 90 days, there is the potential to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. You will still work in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
