What You Will Do:
- Performs complete setup and operation of the Retina Vision sorting machines, including minor routine maintenance, monitoring, and adjustments.
- Lifts bins of parts from skids to hoppers and will also use a scoop for full bins.
- Conducts visual inspection of every bin, looking for bad plating and mixed parts.
- Fills out associated paperwork.
- Sets up and runs automatic bagging equipment.
- Adjust or reset machine settings as necessary.
- Ensures bag and box labels are correct and reflect the information on the lot assignment sheets.
- Places packaged product in the warehouse accurately.
- Must be able to work effectively and efficiently with limited supervision.
- Detects and reports discrepancies to secondary team leaders regarding parts, counts, or orders.
- Collaborates closely with secondary team leaders and counterparts to transmit and exchange information pertinent to the work at hand between shifts.
- Able to interpret blueprints and locate products in the product catalogs.
- Observes all safety regulations in all duties.
- Performs other duties as required.
