🌍 What You’ll Do
Our two-year programme is designed to shape you into a well-rounded, agile global work professional. You’ll get deep insight and experience in:
Supporting personal tax and social security planning
Helping clients stay compliant across global jurisdictions
Advising on global payroll implementation
Planning and managing equity-based reward programmes
Implementing tech to help track short-term business visitors
No two days are ever the same — expect hands-on experience with real-world business problems and global clients.
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from graduates from any discipline, with or on track for a 2.2 or above. You should bring:
Strong communication and numerical skills
A proactive, hands-on attitude
An interest in people, business, and global issues
The ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
A desire to learn, adapt, and think differently
