Position: General Repair Technician

Job Responsibilities

Perform general vehicle repairs and maintenance on a wide range of domestic and import vehicles
Diagnose basic mechanical issues including engine, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems
Perform routine services such as oil changes, brake jobs, tire services, alignments, and inspections
Use diagnostic tools and scanners to identify problems and recommend repairs
Perform quality inspections to ensure all work meets shop standards before releasing vehicles
Assist in more complex repairs alongside senior technicians when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Properly document repairs and communicate findings with service advisors or management
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Keep customer vehicles clean and protected while in the shop
Report any parts or inventory shortages to the Center Manager

Skills & Requirements

Experience in general automotive repair and maintenance
Basic knowledge of engine repair, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems
Ability to use scan tools and diagnostic equipment
Must have a basic set of tools
Experience with domestic and import vehicles (all makes and models)
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Valid Driver’s License
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Maintain a clean and professional work area
