Hartford Hospital is one of the largest and most respected teaching hospitals

robotic surgery center in the Northeast and the Center for Education,
Simulation and Innovation (CESI), one of the most-advanced medical simulation
training centers in the world. When hospitals cannot provide the advanced care,
expertise and new treatment options their patients require, they turn to us.
Provides client service support to our clients/patients with
laboratory results in an accurate and professional manner. Handle questions,
problems and complaints of all customers including physicians, patients and
co-workers.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- AS degree preferred.
- Customer service experience with knowledge of
medical terminology required.
Call center experience preferred. - Previous laboratory or medical office experience
preferred. - Must be able to work independently.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and the
ability to read, write and speak the English language.
