Regional Recruitment Manager:

We are looking for a hands-on recruitment leader who can drive a team, own the data, and deliver consistent hiring results.
What will you own:
This role is focused on execution, accountability, and outcomes. You are responsible for driving performance across your region.
You will:
Lead and manage a team of 5 or more recruiters, holding them accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Run daily check-ins to ensure strong activity, urgency, and productivity
Own recruitment pipeline, metrics, and hiring outcomes across your region
Track and improve calls, interviews scheduled and attended, show rates, and hires
Maintain accurate systems with no stalled candidates or missing data
Partner with facility leadership to stay aligned on hiring needs
Monitor and adjust job performance through Indeed based on impressions, clicks, and applicant flow
Coach recruiters weekly through call reviews and performance feedback
Step in to recruit and close roles when needed-
This is a hands-on leadership role where you are expected to know your numbers and act quickly to correct gaps.
What success looks like:
Recruiters consistently meet or exceed performance targets
Pipelines are active, clean, and moving
Interview and orientation show rates are improving
Data is accurate and up to date
Facilities are staffed and supported
What you bring:
Minimum of 4 years of healthcare recruitment experience
At least 2 years of leadership experience managing a team of 5 or more
Strong experience in high-volume, metrics-driven recruiting environments
Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and drive improvement
Proven coaching and team development skills
Experience with ATS platforms such as Apploi and tracking systems
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
