About the Job

The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across multiple brands within the organization. This role works closely with the Marketing Opportunity Specialist to assist with campaign execution, project coordination, and general marketing support.

This position operates in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, adaptable, comfortable taking direction, managing multiple tasks, and stepping in to support where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across email,
  • digital, and print channels
  • Support day-to-day marketing activities and help ensure projects are completed
  • on time
  • Coordinate tasks and follow up on deliverables to keep projects moving forward
  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and on-site support as needed
  • Help maintain organization of marketing materials, assets, and promotional
  • items
  • Provide support for partnerships, sponsorships, and community initiatives,
  • including assisting at local events. Setup, tear down, and representing at tents,
  • booths, etc.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining marketing tools, and platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as directed
  • Support reporting efforts by compiling and organizing campaign data into
  • actionable insights for stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing team
