Job Description

GoTo Telemed is an innovative, nationwide telehealth enterprise dedicated to expanding access to high-quality remote care. We are pioneering a decentralized, digital-first approach to healthcare. As we rapidly expand our virtual clinics, we are looking for motivated, entry-level professionals to join our operations team.

The Opportunity: Open to All Backgrounds We believe that exceptional patient care starts with exceptional operations. This is an entry-level position open to recent graduates from ALL backgrounds—both medical and non-medical. Whether you have a degree in healthcare administration, communications, business, or the sciences, we want you on our team.

GoTo Telemed provides a comprehensive, paid internal training program upon hire. We will teach you everything you need to know about telehealth operations, medical and dental terminology, and digital care coordination so you can confidently manage our virtual front lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Patient Interaction: Engage directly with patients across multiple digital modalities, including secure chat, live video calls, audio calls, and store-and-forward (asynchronous) platforms.
  • Care Coordination & Triage: Analyze incoming patient conversations and requests. Resolve administrative inquiries independently and efficiently route clinical questions to the appropriate licensed provider (Physicians, DDS, or NPs).
  • Protocol-Driven Guidance: Deliver standardized, administrative pre-operative and post-operative guidelines strictly adhering to the established GoTo Telemed protocols under the guidance of our clinical team.
  • Remote Monitoring Support: Assist in the administrative aspects of remote medical monitoring by tracking patient data submissions, ensuring records are complete, and escalating any system flags to the supervising medical professionals.
  • Independent Operations: Handle day-to-day telehealth clinic operations, connect patients to providers in virtual waiting rooms, troubleshoot basic tech issues, and manage scheduling flows independently.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside our network of Doctors, Dentists, and Nurse Practitioners, jumping in to assist with patient communication and documentation wherever needed.
