SUMMARY: This position is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s facilities are clean and well-maintained.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleans and sanitizes offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and other public areas.


• Empties trash cans.


• Mops and vacuums building floors.


• Helps maintain and track inventory of supplies.


• Arranges rooms for meetings and events.


• Cleans snow and debris from sidewalk.


• Maintains facility grounds.


• Identifies areas of the facility that may need repairs and inform supervisor.


• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.


• Work additional hours as required to cover open shifts or complete project work.


• Completed daily entry into department logbook.


• Assist with laundry room duties as required.
