About this Position
- As the core central
position in ECTM team, responsible for the management of distributor’s sell-in/sell-out
demand forecast, inventory management, expense reimbursement, annual planning. etc.
What you´ll do
- Co-work with line manager to set up a clearly way-of-working with KA/DTs both on platform data summarization and PNL calculation.
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring both distributors’ & platforms’ sales , inventory, spending and related data.
- Take the lead to summarize the sales plan of all HCB e-Com stores and co-work with NTM (category team and channel strategy team) to ensure sufficient supply.
- Take the lead to sure end to end data accuracy and
find opportunity to optimize spending efficiency.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor‘s degree or above.
- At least 3 years business operation or distributor management experience.
- FMCG industry background preferred. Be familiar with business and especial e-commerce business.
- Good communication /organization /analysis skill. Teamwork and result oriented.
- Business acumen and good sense of data/figures.
- Good command of English and MS office software.
