- Review employee expense reimbursement submissions for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance
- Conduct periodic and ad hoc audits of expense reports to identify discrepancies or fraudulent activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reimbursement-related issues or policy violations
- Maintain and update documentation related to audit procedures and reimbursement policies
- Assist in developing and delivering employee training on proper reimbursement practices
- Identify trends in non-compliance and suggest improvements to policies or controls
- Prepare regular reports for management detailing audit findings and KPIs
- Support the implementation and maintenance of expense management systems
- Special Projects, as needed
Qualifications
Graduate, having relevant experience.
Experience working in SAP Concur.
Experience in ERP Systems (e.g. JDE, SAP)

- Proficient written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong working knowledge of advanced Excel functions
