Position Summary:  
The Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new products and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your contributions will be critical to the success of our organization. 

Essential Job Functions/Duties: 

• Design and develop new products and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Conduct testing and analysis to ensure product quality
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed
  

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in product design and development
• Strong knowledge of CAD software and other engineering tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry
• Experience with Titan ERP a plus
• Experience with project management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources to solve problems
• Ability to consistently meet and exceed performance targets
• Ability to resolve complex customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction
• Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport within a team
