Position Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will support our sales efforts by identifying, researching, and engaging prospective healthcare organizations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is interested in healthcare, sales, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the healthcare industry
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Research accounts and decision‑makers within healthcare supply chain departments
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead data in HubSpot CRM
  • Use ZoomInfo to build targeted prospect lists
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to senior sales team members
  • Develop a strong understanding of HPC International’s solutions and value proposition

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, healthcare administration, or related field a plus)
  • Entry‑level candidates encouraged to apply

  • Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually
