Luminous Hotel Management is actively seeking an experienced Task Force General Manager to support our growing portfolio of hotel properties across the United States. This is a fully travel-based role, ideal for hospitality professionals who excel in fast-paced environments and enjoy leading teams in diverse locations.

As a Task Force General Manager, you will be deployed to hotels in need of short-term leadership support, including new openings, operational turnaround situations, and temporary coverage for management vacancies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide interim General Manager leadership at assigned hotel properties
  • Evaluate hotel operations and implement strategies to improve performance
  • Drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction scores
  • Lead, train, and motivate on-site teams to meet brand and company standards
  • Ensure compliance with all brand, safety, and operational requirements
  • Support hotel openings, transitions, and renovations
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership and property ownership groups

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager
  • Prior task force or multi-property experience strongly preferred
  • Strong background in hotel operations, revenue management, and team leadership
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new teams, systems, and environments
  • Willingness to travel 100% of the time, often on short notice
  • Experience with major hotel brands (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, etc.) preferred
