Job Description

Project Specification Analyst

We are searching for an experienced Project Specification Analyst at our Venray facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Product
Specification Analyst (1FTE), you play a key role at the heart of our
organization. You transform customer, quality and operational requirements into
accurate, complete and controlled product specifications and SKU (Stock Keeping
Unit) master data for medical and pharmaceutical packaging. Your work directly
impacts product quality, compliance and operational efficiency—ensuring our
products are built Right
First Time.

Working
closely with colleagues from Sales, Customer Care, Engineering, Quality and
Operations, you act as the connecting link between commercial demand and
operational execution. Through strong data ownership and disciplined change
management, you ensure that product data is reliable, compliant and
consistently applied across systems.

You are
part of the Product Specification team, where accuracy, process discipline and
ownership are essential.
In
this role, you create, build and maintain SKUs and related product master data
in SAP and supporting systems. You handle changes, transfers and revisions in a
structured and controlled way, ensuring alignment with internal standards and
approval processes. Approved customer specifications are translated by you into
accurate, manufacturable SKU data, with the correct configuration of materials,
dimensions, processes and site-specific requirements.

As
a gatekeeper of data integrity, you ensure consistency across systems such as
SAP, CRM and specification platforms, preventing unauthorized or undocumented
changes that could impact quality or compliance. You actively promote correct
change management and take ownership of a Right
First Time mindset, focusing on preventing errors rather than
fixing them afterward. You also support the Quality team with
specification-related investigations and contribute to continuous improvement
within Product Specifications.
