- Provide hands-on technical support — assisting with system configuration, application testing, hardware deployment, and user acceptance testing — while also participating in the on-call rotation to resolve critical infrastructure or system issues outside regular business hours.
- Serve as a core member of the incident response team for critical issues, coordinating communication and resolution efforts during major system failures or security breaches.
- Manage and coordinate external vendors and consultants, ensuring deliverables meet contract specifications, security requirements, and project timelines.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, required diagrams, user guides, and training materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT processes for greater efficiency, security, and reliability.
