Associate Account Manager - Your future position?

 

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Associate Account Manager to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. This position will based in Jakarta

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market research.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closing deals, and after-sales support.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services effectively to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, technical team) to align strategies and meet customer needs.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business growth strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Uphold company values and ensure compliance with pricing and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food technology, Pharmacy or Others
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
  • Minimum 1-3 years experienced in flavor house experience.
  • Fluent in English is must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
