As a Community Engagement Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the growth of L'Oréalistar (L’Oreal’s creator community) and elevating the capabilities of the creators within the community. This role focuses on developing and executing comprehensive upskilling programs, managing key partnerships, and orchestrating engaging events to foster a highly skilled, loyal, and engaged creator network.

•    Plan and Execute In-Person Events: Strategically plan and oversee quarterly in-person events across the country, designed to bring our L'Oréalistar creators together for networking, learning, and brand immersion. This includes onboarding and managing external agencies to ensure flawless execution of these key community events.
•    Create In-Platform Upskilling content: Collaborate closely with our L'Oréalistar activation agency (SAMY) to design, create and implement an engaging in-platform upskilling journey. This will feature a consistent schedule of bimonthly educational posts & weekly trend content, providing our creators with continuous learning opportunities directly within their community platform.
•    Host Virtual Masterclasses: Lead and host monthly virtual masterclasses, offering in-depth sessions focused on crucial topics such as brand guidelines, advanced social platform strategies, and cutting-edge content creation techniques, ensuring our L'Oréalistar creators remain at the forefront of digital excellence.
•    Forge and Nurture Key Platform Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with Joint Business Partners (JBPs) such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Leverage these partnerships to co-create and deliver specialized upskilling initiatives for our creators, including arranging, organizing, and executing annual co-branded community events with each JBP.
•    Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work proactively with key brand stakeholders across L'Oréal to understand their needs, align on content, and ensure all upskilling and engagement efforts effectively support broader brand objectives and creator campaigns within the community.
•    Monitor and Report on Impact: Track key metrics related to creator engagement, skill development, and event success, providing regular insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of our community programs.
You are:

•    Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful community events, both in-person and virtual, with and/or without agency management.
•    A proven track record of developing educational content or upskilling programs for digital communities.
•    Experience building and managing relationships with external partners, ideally with social media platforms or similar JBPs, to benefit a community.
