Job Description

Type: Full-Time

Location: Washington, DC

Overtime Exempt: Nonexempt

Reports To: ARMADA HQ

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Responds to user inquiries and resolves technical issues.
  • Installs, configures, and maintains computer systems and applications.
  • Documents issues and resolutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Strong customer support skills
  • Ability to document technical processes and resolutions
  • Attention to detail
  • Communication skills

Minimum/General Experience:

  • 1 year to 3 years of related experience

Minimum Education:

  • HS Diploma (or equivalent)
