Position Overview:

MedPro Disposal and MP1 Solutions operate in a competitive, compliance-driven B2B healthcare market where paid media is a primary growth lever. The Paid Media Manager owns every dollar of paid spend across Google, Meta, and Reddit — with full accountability for ROAS, CPA, and incremental MQL volume. This is not an execution-only role. The right person operates with the strategic instincts of a growth marketer and the hands-on precision of a platform expert — proactively managing budget allocation, running a structured test roadmap, and surfacing insights that continuously improve performance across both brands. If a campaign is underperforming, they have already identified it, reallocated spend, and documented a hypothesis before anyone has to ask. 

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & ROAS Accountability 

  • Own and manage all paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and Reddit — from strategy through daily execution. 

  • Maintain full ROAS accountability across every channel and campaign; proactively optimize bids, audiences, creatives, and landing page alignment to protect and improve return. 

  • Manage budget pacing and reallocation across channels in real time — acting on performance signals without waiting to be asked, and documenting every reallocation decision. 

  • Execute ABM-aligned paid campaigns that target defined account lists and personas across both MedPro Disposal and MP1 Solutions brands. 

Testing, Optimization & Growth 

  • Maintain a live test roadmap at all times: document hypotheses, design structured A/B and multivariate experiments, execute cleanly, and scale what works. 

  • Own the full testing lifecycle — from creative concept and audience segmentation through performance measurement and scaled deployment. 

  • Continuously audit and improve campaign structure, keyword strategy, match types, negative lists, and Quality Scores across Google campaigns. 

  • Identify and act on emerging paid channel opportunities and platform features before competitors do. 

Reporting & Intelligence 

  • Deliver clear, weekly performance reports covering spend, ROAS, CPA, and incremental MQL volume by channel — with context and forward-looking recommendations, not just numbers. 

  • Build and maintain live dashboards in Looker Studio (or equivalent) that give the Director of Marketing and leadership real-time visibility into paid performance. 

  • Connect paid media performance to Salesforce pipeline data to track MQL-to-opportunity and MQL-to-close attribution by channel. 

  • Surface competitive intelligence and market insights from paid data to inform broader marketing strategy. 

Creative Collaboration & Brand Alignment 

  • Brief and collaborate with creative teams on ad assets, ensuring every piece of paid creative is built to convert within platform constraints and brand standards. 

  • Use Adobe Creative Suite to make lightweight edits and adaptations to ad creative independently — resizing, copy adjustments, format variations — without requiring designer involvement for every iteration. 

  • Ensure paid messaging and landing page experience are tightly aligned across both MedPro Disposal and MP1 Solutions, respecting distinct brand voices and buyer personas. 

Qualifications:

Required

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid media management experience, with demonstrable ROAS and CPA results across Google Ads and Meta — not just campaign setup, but optimization and growth. 

  • Direct experience running B2B paid campaigns, ideally in a multi-brand or agency environment managing multiple accounts simultaneously. 

  • Proven ABM paid media experience: targeted account list campaigns, persona-based audience segmentation, and funnel-stage sequencing across platforms. 

  • Strong command of Google Ads platform (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube) including Smart Bidding, keyword strategy, Quality Score optimization, and conversion tracking. 

  • Solid Meta Ads experience: custom audiences, lookalike strategies, campaign budget optimization, and creative testing frameworks. 

  • Reddit Ads experience, or demonstrated ability and willingness to own a new platform quickly. 

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for tracking, attribution, and reporting. 

  • Salesforce familiarity — able to connect paid media activity to CRM pipeline data and report on MQL attribution. 

  • Working proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent) for independent creative adaptations. 

  • Asana or equivalent project management tool experience — able to manage their own workload, test roadmap, and deliverables without micromanagement. 

  • High proficiency with AI tools applied to paid media: prompt-based ad copy generation, creative variation testing, performance analysis, and workflow automation. This is not optional — we expect this person to use AI as a core part of how they work. 

  • Excellent written English communication skills for reporting, creative briefs, and cross-team collaboration. 

  • Must be available to overlap with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) business hours. 

Nice-to-Have 

  • Experience in healthcare, medical, or regulated B2B industry paid advertising. 

  • Familiarity with programmatic display or LinkedIn Ads as supplemental channels. 

  • Experience building automated reporting pipelines (e.g., connecting Google Ads API data to BigQuery or Looker Studio). 

  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications. 

Compensation & Benefits: 

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35–$60/hour (based on experience, channel expertise, and track record in driving pipeline and revenue)  

  • Part-time contract role (20 hours/week) with flexible scheduling and required overlap with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST)
