Colson Patisserie is seeking a mechanically minded/very detail oriented team member, who will train on preventative maintenance and technical cleaning.
Start time/hours are flexible. At least one weekend day is required.

- Disassembling and reassembling machinery to clean and maintain.
- General cleaning of shared spaces.
- troubleshooting/fixing bakery machinery.
- Support for receiving activities later in the day, must be able to lift 50 pounds with frequency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Knowledge and understanding of safety and security procedures and compliance with environmental policies as they apply to cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to document cleaning procedures/ tasks, communicate ordering needs/ determine parts to be ordered if necessary.
- Ability to follow, interpret, and read detailed manuals/ instructions, checklists, and diagrams specific to work tasks and bakery machinery.
- Comfortability working on/with ladders while practicing proper safety.
- Once hired, have or receive OSHA certification. We will reimburse employees for OSHA certification received while on the job.
