The Manager, Integration Operations & Partnerships is responsible for driving execution, accountability, and continuous improvement across external data operations. This role owns the performance and scalability of the organization’s external data ecosystem, including vendor operations, carrier relationships, and data exchange processes.
This position leads major integration-related initiatives and cross-functional efforts to enhance the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of data operations. The role is responsible for establishing structured processes, performance expectations, and accountability frameworks across external partners.
In addition, this role designs and implements scalable approaches to partner communication, data tracking, and issue resolution—leveraging automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort and support long-term growth. The position serves as the central point of ownership for ensuring reliable data exchange, strong partner relationships, and operational excellence across the integration function.
- Integration Initiatives & Project Leadership
- Lead execution of major integration-related initiatives and cross-functional efforts
- Drive alignment across internal teams (Data, Technology, Strategy) and external partners
- Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes
- Identify and remove barriers to execution, ensuring consistent forward progress
- Vendor Performance & External Operations Ownership
- Own the operational performance of external data processing partners
- Establish and manage SLA frameworks, performance metrics, and accountability structures
- Monitor data delivery, quality, and issue resolution trends
- Lead structured vendor reviews and drive continuous performance improvement
- Serve as escalation point for critical vendor-related issues
- Carrier Relationship Management & Enablement
- Own the strategy and structure for managing relationships across the organization’s network of 100+ carriers and data partners
- Design and implement scalable processes for partner communication, outreach, and issue resolution
- Develop standardized frameworks for engaging carriers, including communication protocols, escalation paths, and response tracking
- Leverage automation tools and AI to streamline and scale partner communication
- Serve as escalation point for complex or high-impact partner interactions
- Strengthen relationships to improve responsiveness, data quality, and collaboration over time
· Process Design & Automation
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort across integration operations and partner interactions
- Design and implement automated workflows for partner communication, data tracking, and issue management
- Partner with technical teams to leverage tools and AI to improve efficiency and scalability
- Continuously improve operational processes to support growth without increasing manual workload
- Operational Visibility & Continuous Improvement
- Establish visibility into external data operations, including data flow status, issue trends, and performance metrics
- Identify recurring issues and drive systemic improvements across partners and processes
- Partner with internal teams to improve reliability, consistency, and efficiency of data operations
What You Bring
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in operations, vendor management, or project execution in a data‑driven environment
- Experience working with healthcare data, health plans, or carriers
- Experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives
- Proven ability to hold external partners accountable to SLAs and performance standards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and act on operational data
- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL or similar data tools
- Strong communication, relationship‑management, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience designing automated workflows or process improvements
- Background supporting large‑scale data exchange or integration ecosystems

Compensation:
Salary range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year
