Position Overview

The SAP and Digital Core Capability Manager supports C5MI�s SAP ecosystem engagement while strengthening the company�s Digital Core service line capabilities. This role reports to the Chief Strategy & Product Officer. This role operates within the Strategy and Product organization and helps ensure C5MI�s SAP-related services, product development, and federal market pursuits remain aligned with SAP strategy and ecosystem priorities.

The role supports and navigates the SAP relationship and plays a critical role in coordinating engagement with SAP, SAP NS2, and related OEM partners, maintain the partner level and certifications, aligns customer go lives and successes, and drives growth. The role helps bridge internal sales, delivery, and product teams with SAP capabilities, ensuring opportunities involving SAP technologies are effectively positioned, tracked, and supported across the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support C5MI�s engagement with SAP, SAP NS2, and the broader SAP ecosystem while coordinating closely with company leadership responsible for the primary partner relationship.
  • Strengthen and help evolve C5MI�s Digital Core service line capabilities across SAP technologies, including S/4HANA and related supply chain solutions.
  • Work with sales and capture teams to position SAP capabilities effectively within federal opportunities and customer engagements.
  • Help bridge SAP strategy, ecosystem offerings, and C5MI service capabilities to ensure strong alignment within pursuits and solution development.
  • Track and monitor pipeline opportunities related to SAP and Digital Core services, ensuring alignment with SAP ecosystem priorities.
  • Support the development and productization of SAP-based solutions, including IP-based accelerators, SaaS offerings, and automation or AI-enabled applications.
  • Understand and guide internal teams through SAP certification and SAP Endorsed App processes when applicable.
  • Coordinate with Strategy, Product, Delivery, and Growth teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with SAP programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with SAP technologies, particularly S/4HANA and enterprise ERP environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise services integration and ERP deployment programs.
  • Familiarity with the SAP partner ecosystem and partner certification processes.
  • Understanding of federal government contracting environments and how enterprise platforms fit into large system integration deals.
  • Experience supporting partnership initiatives, productization efforts, or ecosystem-based go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong relationship management, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Willing to travel 20%

Compensation:

In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $155, 204.00-$194,005.00 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate�s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This posted range reflects our good faith estimate of the compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting.
