    Assistant Principal of Operations
     
    Job Goal:      
    To provide office support to the Operations Department
     
     
    Qualifications:

    1. Proficiency and experience with technology (computers, iPad, scanner and copier equipment).
    2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel programs.
    3. Excellent attention to details and organizational skills.
    4. Ability to communicate effectively via phone, in person and electronically with parents, students, and staff. Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred, though not required.
    5. Available to work during the months of May through August.

     
    Performance Responsibilities:

    1. Scan multiple documents and save information into a single file quickly and accurately.
    2. Ability to navigate a student management system, including accessing and inputting information into the student database.
    3. Input basic information into Microsoft Excel worksheets and type materials as requested.
    4. Inspect and verify documents to ensure that the requested specifications, quality standards and quantity requirements are met efficiently.
    5. Maintain equipment (copiers and scanners) and work areas (restocking paper, clearing paper jams) to ensure a safe working environment and availability of items within a specific time frame.
    6. Provide other office support as assigned by the Assistant Principal of Operations.
    7. Flexibility to travel to any District 201 campus.
