Objectives of the Position
- Support in achiving Sales Targets volume & Value in Tata Motors Pantnagar
- Day to day Technical Service for our products being used at line.
- Line trials,testing and continuous improvement on line.
- On line Trouble Shooting to support customer for our products
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
- To Coordinate with various customers and branches as well as with various departments for the smooth flow of activities.
- Responsible for the management and supervision of assigned customer lines (4W OEM).
- Coordination between internal agencies (Supply Chain, Product development) as well as customer for successfull development & implementation of technologies.
- Assumes ownership of complex Technical issues at the customers site while displaying product/process expertise.
- Provides feedback on competitor activities and supply issues.
- Provide proactive technical support, for improvement and technical issues.
- Develops and builds relationship with the customer (Purchase & user depart.)
- Imparts training to customers paint shop personnel.
Job Requirements
Education: Professional Qualification (Degree / PG Diploma) in Paint Technology.
Working Experience: 5 to 8 Years of experience
Technical & Professional Knowledge: Product knowledge; Knowledge of application techniques, communication skills
