We’re looking for a Customer Service Liaison who thrives on building relationships, solving problems and creating outstanding client experiences. This is more than a typical customer service role. If you’re someone who sees every challenge as a chance to learn and improve, you’ll love it here.
What You’ll Do
Greet and assist customers in our inviting showroom Manage referrals and stay in touch with past clients to nurture long-term relationships Coordinate with designers on measurements, quotes, installations, follow-ups and sales
Help with light marketing and content creation (social media, reviews, newsletter, etc.)
Turn inquiries into happy customers through clear communication and problem-solving
$22–25 per hour, 4-5 days per week (must be open to working Saturdays)
What We’re Looking For (Growth-Mindset Fit)
Personable, positive, and genuine
Organized with strong attention to detail Sales or customer-facing experience (retail, design, home improvement etc)
Eager and willing to learn our products
Experience or interest in light marketing/content is a big plus. We will provide support and training.
