Duties/Responsibilities:

• Inspect premises to identify infestation source and determine the most effective method of treatment for infestation.
• Apply pesticides and insecticides according to the label on chemical being used.
• Maintain customer relations by communicating with each customer to find out what issues they are having and inform them about what was found during inspection, what type of treatments were performed and what they can expect after service.
• Maintain equipment by completing regular inspections and reporting any issues to direct supervisor.
• Maintain vehicle by keeping vehicle clean and organized, completing regular inspections, and reporting any issues to direct supervisor.
• Keep detailed records of services provided in software used.

 Required Skills/Abilities: 

•  Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  
•  Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  
•  Strong time management skills.
  
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
•  Pesticide Applicator Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire).

Physical Requirements:

•   Must be able to move for at least 90% of the time.
•   Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. 
  
•   Must be able to move in and out of vehicles, inside and around exterior of residential and commercial buildings, including crawl and attics spaces.
•  Requires the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed for the job.

Other Position Requirements:

•  Must have a valid driver’s license 
•  Must be 21 years of age or older
