About the Role
Togal.AI already has a strong technical GTM foundation. Now we're building the other half of the equation: a creative, campaign campaign manager who understands ABM, omni channel marketing, and interested in leveraging new tools to better scale and enable Enterprise sales.
This role is the bridge between our data infrastructure and the market. You will own account-based marketing (ABM) strategy, design personalization systems at scale, and lead the creative execution of multi-channel campaigns targeting construction industry decision-makers, primarily estimators, VPs of Pre-Construction, and Operations leads at General Contractors, Subcontractors, and Developers.
You will partner closely with our existing technical GTM Engineer (who owns the infrastructure and data pipelines) and report to the Head of Revenue. Your job is to turn clean data into a pipeline.
What You'll Own
Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs from strategy through activation.
Build personalization systems at scale using AI-assisted copy, dynamic messaging frameworks, and persona-based segmentation.
Develop creative multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, direct mail, video, etc.) tailored to specific company types, roles, and buying signals.
Own lead generation strategy, identifying net-new account targets, refining ICP, and building programs that continuously surface high-fit prospects.
Collaborate with Sales Managers and BDR Managers to translate account intelligence into tailored outreach that resonates at the individual level.
Test, measure, and iterate on campaign performance, owning open rates, reply rates, meeting rates, and pipeline sourced.
Identify and operationalize buying signals (intent data, product usage, job postings, website visits) into triggered campaign plays.

30 Days
Deep understanding of ICP, existing campaigns, and account data. Audit of current outbound messaging effectiveness.
60 Days
First ABM campaign live targeting accounts. Initial personalization framework documented and in use by SDRs.
90 Days
Measurable improvement in reply rates and meeting-booked rate from outbound. First intent-triggered campaign running.
6 Months
Full ABM playbook built for our Enterprise motions.
12 Months
Personalization at scale across active accounts. Demonstrated contribution to pipeline and closed-won revenue.
Qualifications
4+ years in a GTM, demand generation, ABM, or growth marketing role with measurable pipeline impact
Proven experience running account-based marketing programs, not just awareness campaigns, but plays that generate meetings.
Hands-on experience building personalization at scale using AI tools, dynamic copy frameworks, and segmentation logic.
Strong copywriting instincts, you can write a cold email that gets a reply and a LinkedIn message that doesn't feel like spam.
Experience with multi-channel outbound (email, LinkedIn, video, direct mail) and the judgment to know which channel fits which play.
Comfort with data, you can work from a spreadsheet, identify patterns, and translate account attributes into messaging strategy
Technical tool familiarity:
Clay — for personalization workflows and enrichment (must be comfortable; deep expertise not required)
CRM — HubSpot (campaign tracking, contact/company properties, sequences)
Outbound platforms — Instantly.ai, SmartLead, HeyReach, or Lemlist
You don't need to be vibe coding your own product, but should be comfortable with using AI tools to write, to analyze, and to draft examples.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator — for ABM targeting and social prospecting
Intent/signal data — familiarity with Bombora, G2, or similar a plus
Nice to Haves
Experience marketing to construction, trades, or field-service industries
Experience producing short-form video or Loom-style personalized outreach
Familiarity with direct mail or gifting platforms (Sendoso, Postal.io)
Startup experience — you're comfortable building before there's a playbook
