As a General Manager, you are the leader of the restaurant – responsible for building a high-performing team and creating a culture of excellence, accountability, and guest-first service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including P&L management

• Enforce compliance with company policies and local laws

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of GM-level QSR or hospitality experience
• Proven success managing teams and driving results
• Strong understanding of financial statements, labor control, and inventory
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members at all levels
• ServSafe certification is a plus
