Summary
Blooming Grove Elementary School is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Full-Time 3rd Grade Teacher. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters academic growth and social development for all students. The teacher will implement a curriculum that meets state standards, encourages critical thinking, and inspires a love for learning in young minds.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through a variety of methods, including tests, observations, and projects.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and respect.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and development.
- Manage classroom behavior in accordance with school policies and promote a culture of respect and responsibility.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience and address student needs.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and methodologies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Organize and participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and community outreach programs.
- Foster a love for reading and literacy through creative and innovative teaching strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification for elementary education.
- Experience teaching in a classroom setting, preferably at the elementary level.
- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
