Bennett International Transport, LLC is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead growth initiatives in international logistics by identifying new business opportunities, securing clients, and managing the full sales cycle.
Core Responsibilities
Identify and secure new clients for international transportation services (ROAD, SEA, AIR, multimodal). This includes cold outreach, networking, and tender participation.
Develop and implement market‑entry strategies to expand the company’s presence in new regions or service lines.
Prepare and deliver commercial offers, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts with customers and partners.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract execution and handover to operations.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, legal) to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and performance reporting.
Meet revenue and profitability KPIs, often including aggressive early‑stage targets in startup environments.
