Responsibilities:

• Conducts leadership tasks, e.g. hiring, performance management, people development including day-to-day coaching, staffing…

• Coordinates and integrates the subordinate lines

• Optimizes service creation processes in and between the subordinate lines

• Harmonizes and ensures flexibility of all resources

• Plans investments, costs, personnel, rationalization, process organization, and organizational structure

• Collaborates with strategic purchasing

Qualifications:

• Typically academic degree and relevant work experience
