Job Description

Cacao Latitudes is a specialty cocoa trader dedicated to building transparent, responsible, and long‑term partnerships with producers around the world. We work directly at origin to source high‑quality cocoa while supporting sustainable livelihoods, traceable supply chains, and meaningful impact projects. Our mission is to connect makers with exceptional cocoa and the stories behind it. During this internship you will gain hands-on experience in sustainability storytelling, traceability reporting and communication skills. You will have exposure to supply chains and the opportunity to learn about speciality traceable cocoa.

The role:

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of specialty cocoa, sustainability and marketing. You will support Cacao Latitudes in communicating origin stories, strengthening brand visibility, and amplifying the impact of our sustainability initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative storytelling and organised, detail‑oriented work.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collate traceability information from producers and transform raw data into compelling storytelling for clients and partners.

· Help draft, format, and organise traceability reports for internal and external use.

· Support the promotion and communication of impact projects at origin via marketing packages for customers.

· Support the implementation of the new version of the Cacao Latitudes website.

· Manage day‑to‑day website updates, including uploading content, maintaining product pages, and ensuring brand consistency.

· Write articles or blog posts to support SEO and strengthen our digital presence.

Key Skills:

The candidate will be pursuing a degree in Sustainability, Business, Marketing or a related field. They will have strong attention to detail and be curious to learn in a fast-paced commodities environment, with strong communication skills. Any prior experience in marketing or content creation would be a plus.
