Location: Bendigo City, with travel to other campuses required


Role Type: Full-Time, Ongoing


Remuneration: Starting from 106,565.76 including superannuation

About The Role:


The Schools Relationship Partner plays a key role in growing BKI’s presence in secondary schools and supporting prospective students with pathways into vocational training.


You will:



  • Build strong relationships with school leaders, career advisors and community partners.

  • Develop and deliver engaging school presentations, campus tours and promotional events.

  • Plan, coordinate and attend school career events, expos, and year 10 hands-on events.

  • Promote BKI’s courses, pathways and opportunities through high‑quality customer engagement.

  • Manage schedules of school events, collect and analyse pathway‑related data, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Represent BKI at external expos, community career events and other school‑focused activities.

  • Travel between campuses and travel to secondary schools as required (driver’s licence essential).



Note: Some after‑hours and weekend work is required during peak periods. Time in lieu provided


 


We are excited about you because you have:



  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (youth engagement, schools’ outreach, education, events or community-facing work).

  • Experience working with secondary school–aged students or recent graduates.

  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

  • Experience organising and delivering events.

  • A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Events, Youth Work or similar (desirable).

  • A current driver’s licence (essential).
